«Intangible Heritage for Local Cultural Vitality» is a brand new intervention guide for municipal governments (in French), produced by the Quebec Council of Living Heritage (CQPV) in partnership with the Quebec Ministry of Culture and Communications (Canada). The document explains what living heritage is and ways to support its development, as well as directing to associative resources to find out more.
It is a simple and easy to consult tool, which can be adapted to several local contexts around the world.
